Unfortunately after working on a year-long renovation in 2000, a fire damaged the house disastrously. We are proud recipients’ of The Institute of Classical Architecture & Classical America’s 2009 Philip Trammell Shutze Award Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation. This early 1900’s southern Bungalow, located in a historic neighborhood of Chattanooga Tennessee, is located on a beautiful lot with stunning views of the mountains of Chattanooga.

This “cottage” is really quite spacious and has been featured in House Beautiful Magazine “ The Power of Restraint” & the book by Rizzoli publishers, Suzanne Kasler Inspired Interiors. In addition to a fully covered central porch overlooking the rear garden it has a stone terrace off the dining room. The family enjoys the dine-in French Country kitchen with its fireplace, and the lower level with wine cellar, recreation room with fireplace &access, via a bank of French doors. High-rise interior designs are a new request for us and we are adding this rewarding lifestyle environment to our repertoire. The area where the house was located had become a populous residential and business suburb, therefore it was decided that if it were to be saved, would have to be moved to another location. As featured in Veranda Magazine “Grandeur Restored” &“Pedigree of Place” One of Atlanta’s most beloved residential landmarks, the house was designed in 1936 for the Nunnally family.
